Creator plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid being billed. The trial start, first billing date, and price are shown at checkout.

After any trial, paid plans renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price until you cancel. Your renewal date and price are always visible in billing settings.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings — no email or phone call needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then, and you are not charged again.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. The free trial exists so you can evaluate paid features before being charged. If you believe a charge was made in error (for example a duplicate charge, or a renewal right after a failed cancellation attempt), contact us — we review these case by case and err on the side of the customer.

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital services, which can expire early once the service is fully performed with your acknowledgment. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live, including consumer-protection law in Canada and British Columbia.
